Purposes of data processing by the responsible authority and third parties
We only process your date if this is necessary to provide a functioning website as well as our content and services. A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned does not take place. Your data will only be pass on to third parties if:
- We obtain your consent for the processing of personal data (Art. 6, para 1 (a) EUDataP serves as the legal basis)
- The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (Art. 6, para 1 (b) EUDataP serves as the legal basis)
- The processing is necessary for compliance with legal obligation (Art. 6, para 1 (c) EUDataP serves as the legal basis)
- The processing is necessary for purposes of the legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you have a legitimate interest in not sharing your data

With regard to data erasure or blocking and storage time, we adhere to the principles of data minimization and storage limitation (Art. 5, para 1 (c,e)). Your personal data will only be stored for as long as this is necessary to fulfill the mentioned purposes or as required by the statutory retention periods.

To protect your data during transmission, we us the state-of-the-art encryption methods (SSL encryption).
If you contact us via our contact form, you give us your voluntary consent to contact you. To do this, a valid e-mail address and your name are required. This is used to assign the request and then reply to it. The specification of further data is optional. The data is only stored for the purpose of processing enquiries and to clarify possible follow-up questions. A passing on to third does not take place.
If you contact us via the application form, your application data will be sent to us to process the application process. These data are electronically collected and processed by us. If your application is followed by an employment contract, your transmitted data will be stored in a personnel file for the purpose of the usual administrative and organizational process in compliance with legal requirements.
If the job application is rejected, your data will be deleted two months after the rejection. If, according to the legal requirement, however, a longer storage should be necessary (for example, burden of proof according to the General Equal Treatment Act), this does not apply. Longer storage also takes place if you have expressly agreed to this, e. g. for consideration in further job advertisements.

Data collection and storage may be revoked at any time with immediate effect for the future. In the light of the discussion regarding the use of analytical tools with the complete IP address, we would like to point out that Google uses this website with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension, and hence, IP addresses are processed only in the abbreviated form in order to exclude any direct relationship to the person concerned.
